I’m pretty stoked for my new angel investment. A physician friend said his unique insight is everyone hates Epic. He thinks if he can make something similar, but with better UX, all his peers would use it. It’s a $50B company. Anyone else want to participate? Seems a slam dunk.

@ankurnagpal I used to run an event ticketing platform. I believe it changed Jan 1 2020. Completely upended the way we did business and eventually passed the fees onto the ticket holders even if the event was cancelled. Not good business.

Woah, just realized Stripe does not refund their fees when you refund a payment to a customer Can get pretty expensive if you have payments for hundreds or thousands of dollars I swear it used to not be like this - when did this change?

@BrendenDeeg_ Totally agreed. I thought he played quite well with an extremely subpar cast that year coming back from the ACL. Not 2017, but expected coming off the ACL.
