Do frameworks really come and go? I don't think so. In recent years, which big frameworks have gone away? Let's not count the JS world, because they are still discovering and solving new problems.

@Cherif_b @matthieunapoli @enunomaduro @cakephp CakePHP is still going strong as well. We'll have a new major release (5.x) coming out later this month.

@matthieunapoli @enunomaduro Yii and CakePHP aren’t dead, Yii3 is in development, Yii1 supports even PHP 8. People from those frameworks can confirm @yiiframework @cakephp @sam_dark @mark_story . Zend Framework is now @getlaminas, Laminas has also Mezzio for PSR-15 based apps.

@virajhimself No there isn't a way to fetch from the container globally. You could add this kind of interface from your Application if you need it.

@mark_story hey is there a way to fetch a container item stored from the `Application::services` with a static method? something like: ``` Container::get('foo'); ``` or the only way is to inject ContainerInteface into the controller method parameter?

@itsmuasya The gotchas often show up when people try to fill them with conditional logic. Callback methods are also not called when doing bulk updates with updateAll().
