By popular request, a look at post-acquisition valuation for the combined entity that would be $GME x $EBAY, a valuation that is likely being used by anyone banking/shopping this deal for equity or debt.
Ryan’s eBay turnaround math gets you to $7.79 in Year‑One pro forma EPS. Layer in a separate 800M FY26 earnings run‑rate at GameStop (~$1.8 EPS on ~448M diluted shares) and you’re looking at ~$9.6 in combined, post‑acquisition Year‑One pro forma EPS.
Slap a 15-20x multiple on that and the implied combined valuation lands in roughly a $144-192 per share range (purely on earnings power, ignoring balance sheet and optionality). It's that simple.

@michaeljburry If your worried about inflation, you would want to take the most amount of leverage to buy the largest cash flowing asset.

$PLTR at $137 and with that $350+ billion fully diluted market cap you can still buy Northrop Grumman $NOC, General Dynamics $GD and Lockheed Martin $LMT, and have enough left over for L3Harris $LHX.
Or you could buy every single one of my 38 GameStop $GME acquisition alternatives PLUS Lockheed Martin.

English

@Only_Pangs I did consider this. I believe Ryan made a deal to close one of the swaps and get a lump sum of 36 billion. Its not really dilution because it's creating real shares for the naked ones (and closing them) for real money to buy a future Amazon killer.

🚨 IRAN IS ON THE BRINK OF ECONOMIC COLLAPSE, and even CHINA is panicking!
WATTERS: "If Xi calls the gay Ayatollah and tells him to beg for mercy, he'll beg for mercy!"
"Beijing knows when it's over. Iran can't lose its sugar daddy, and China's not going to watch its favorite gas station go bankrupt. The ChiComs already lost one proxy, Venezuela."
"[Iran's] currency is about to COLLAPSE, and they're already staring down the barrel of hyperinflation."
"Their ghost fleet has been suctioning up all that cheap, sanctioned Iranian oil, and now that supply's dried up. It's starting to bite, because for the first time Xi Jinping weighed in on the war, and he called the blockade, 'dangerous and irresponsible.'"
"That's when you know it's working."
"The Strait was the Iranians' LAST card to play, and they're LOSING it. Our ships just went up the gut, and the mullahs didn't do a thing about it!"
"We thought the Houthis might join the fight, but they stayed on the sidelines. Now we're squeezing Iranian heads to the wall!"
This is SUCH A MASTERCLASS

GME is a sleeping giant in the NYSA. You're going to look back and wish you got in at these prices.

@JoshKale Im on a team dedicated rout for FedEx. We're non stop across the country and back in one week. We take 10 minutes to fuel and swap. The Tesla truck can't do that. The technology is not there. Its made for short light day loads with a company charge station recharged all night.

The Tesla Semi might be the most important product Tesla has ever built. This is a huge deal.
Any company buying a diesel semi truck today is lighting money on fire:
- The Tesla Semi costs 15 cents per mile to power
- A diesel Class 8 costs 48 cents
That’s a 70% reduction in energy costs per mile…
Over the battery’s rated million-mile lifespan, that gap compounds into $330,000 in energy savings, PER TRUCK
Buy ten of them and you’ve saved $3.3 million. Buy a hundred and you’ve restructured your entire P&L.
And that’s just fuel. The Semi has no engine, no transmission, no oil changes. Regenerative braking means brake pads last dramatically longer. Tesla’s pilot fleet is running at 95% uptime, and when trucks do break down, half are back on the road within an hour.
PepsiCo, DHL, Frito-Lay, ArcBest, and Saia are already running them. 13.5 million real-world miles logged across the fleet. One single truck has done 440,000 miles.
At $290,000, the Long Range version is also cheaper than the industry average of $435,000 for a zero-emission Class 8.
At some point this stops being an environmental discussion and becomes fiduciary negligence for anyone still signing diesel purchase orders.

Here is Jay Leno driving the new redesigned @Tesla Semi. He is the first person outside of Tesla to drive it. @danWpriestley: "This truck from an energy standpoint is 50% cheaper to run here in California. Across the US, we're 20% cheaper on a per mile basis, and that's inclusive of everything, not just energy, whether that's reduced maintenance, fuel." via @LenosGarage
