Hey @Uber_Support why is it so hard to reach your support folks on your app? I had a prebooked ride at airport. Driver picked up someone else leaving me to book another trip and pay a ton more for it. I need you to fix this. Not cool to pay more + cancel fees.

@Uber_Support I am beyond frustrated here. It seems clear your driver is trying to cover his mistake. What's worse is how you've handled this situation. It feels like fraud if I prebook at one price then the driver messed up, leaving me with paying extra AND cancel fees. Seems criminal to me.

@Uber_Support I got a response from your support that essentially is calling me a liar, saying that we were both at the pickup then closed the ticket. I can't respond to it. I was definitely there but someone got into my ride before I could get there and then the driver took off.

I realize this goes without repeating but Pete Hegseth sounds like an idiot every single time he speaks. I would be embarrassed to ever show my face if I were him.

@markjbrown Question I am struggling with. In CosmosDB if I am storing geojson, should the PartitionKey be in the root or in Properties? Example in image, does this look right? If I try and move the VesselID into the root, it doesn't let me update
