ok so 6mg of reta is a bit too much i actually had the feeling that i couldnt finish a meal today similar to when i first started the 4mg mark seems to be the sweet spot for what im trying to achieve im still able to eat full meals and easily get in my macros without any temptations back down to 4 we go for next week

Avoid my mistake The COMC sub minimum is for each group/category. I had 100 raw and 11 encased cards. The 11 encased are treated as its own sub for a $65 minimum I have not subbed since Jan and I don’t think I will again. Even if it was my misinterpretation, too many issues
