I pulled into Walgreens and there was an elderly man crying in his car. I got out and asked him what was wrong. He said he went to get a prescription filled & the pharmacy said it was going to cost $1800. So wanting to help him I started searching on my phone to see if it was less money anywhere else. I first searched online & was getting nowhere so I asked the question in Grok & he recommended he go online and get a GoodRX coupon. I helped him do that & his prescription price dropped from $1800 to $43.89. He hugged me in disbelief. I honestly couldn't believe it dropped in price that much either. If any of you are on prescriptions you may also want to check it out in case you ever get put on something that your insurance doesn't cover.
