Pray for me. I'm trying to get through to @LGUS @LGUSSupport because the repairman still can't figure out how to fix the refrigerator after the 5th time trying. Need a refund on this thing! It's been 19 days since we first called them & still can't use the fridge. Please, refund.

@parkerbassett @LGUS Yeah, there's only one local repair guy in Austin that is LG approved and they've been out here 5 times with no luck. LG is making us get them to come out AGAIN because they think somehow the 6th time is the charm.

@marknlopez @LGUS Refrigerator? I think we have the same one and about a year or so in it broke. Got a local guy to fix it and has been good ever since.

Although it has been broken for 19 days and the repairmen have been out here SO MANY TIMES, @LGUS says it is still fixable, and so nothing can be done until they declare it unfixable. I am dumbfounded. Never again will we own @LGUS product. Not gonna be able to do it.
