I bet there are thousands of employees living the dream right now: barely working, letting AI handle 95% of their job, 2 side gigs, working 20h/week max and somehow getting bigger raises than ever for "their" incredible output.

One day you'll realize the amount of potential you had, and how it was all wasted away because you chose comfort over effort, and there will be no one to blame but yourself. That regret will haunt you forever.

The most underused life hack is that people look like what they are. Look at a murderer. Look at a traitor. Look at a thief. You always see it after they betray you because you don’t pay attention. Even worse, some of you ignore your intuition because The Matrix has programmed you to believe this somehow makes you a bad person. "Give them a chance" Yes. A chance to destroy you. I can tell who’s smart, who’s stupid, who’s honest, who’s a liar at a glance. It’s etched into their face by God himself. I judge people instantly on what I see. I’ve never been wrong.

Decided to play a bit with Ray2, specifically with something that has been really difficult to pull off with text2video, video projections on skin. @LumaLabsAI

By the way, you can extract JUST the reasoning from deepseek-reasoner, which means you can send that thinking process to any model you want before they answer you. Like here where I turn gpt-3.5 turbo into an absolute genius!

@cj_zZZz So with API they host the servers and you pay for the output/input, but if you host locally, how does the pricing work?

@markoo_i Locally is when you don't send any data back to them. Via API is the easiest to work with. I'd recommend starting with API and then diving into fine tuning model on local servers.

Massive Opportunity: If you know how to "fine-tune" AI models - it's your time to make $. Just fine tune Deepseek r1 for companies! This model is the first open-source model that is consistently good on local servers. Charge $20k to $50k for each fine-tuning job.

In the last 72 hours, @samdape and I converted a web app made on @v0 to a native iPhone app that you can download rn in the App Store. And, I only wrote 10% of the code lol. Here's how I did it + some prompts to help you do the same 🧵
