Gabe Jenkins committed to Penn State in August. Then James Franklin got fired in October. Jenkins decommitted the same day. He is a four-star safety from Pittsburgh — the No. 5 recruit in Pennsylvania, the No. 11 safety in the country. He has taken visits to Michigan, USC, Colorado and Virginia Tech since reopening his recruitment. James Franklin is now at Virginia Tech. Jenkins has a visit scheduled there on April 11. And this morning Brian Dohn put a Crystal Ball prediction in Penn State's favor. Think about what that means.
