@katerowley0 On devices running iOS, there’s an option under Settings:Accessibility:Audio/Visual for Background Sounds and there’s a range of masking sounds to choose from.

To those who have tinnitus, what background noise do you play to mask tinnitus? I usually listen to ocean waves or rain pattering on leaves .. I find music too distracting or stimulating while working ..
