@TicketmasterUK are liars. Got told by their customer services and received an email stating I could exchange my tickets for a different date if it was an upgrade (cost more), I did this and now they’re saying I can’t change the tickets and the resale option isn’t coming up.

@TicketmasterCS I’ve received ticket confirmation but when I’ve checked my credit card statement the money hasn’t been taken but I’ve placed two orders and they’re over my credit limit because I thought the first one had been taken so put money on to cover it
