This is actually unbelievable. Here, Zia Yusuf (Reform's 'Shadow Home Secretary') is effectively *threatening* voters by saying they will place migrant detention centres in their constituencies if they don't vote in a Reform MP or a Reform Council.
This is absolutely disgusting.

@jurgen_nauditt This “routine” was embarrassing and boring the first time he did it, but he’s still at it. What a moron.
English

@Acyn He can’t legally impose tariffs. SCOTUS ruled against him.
English

@MeidasTouch @Acyn How is this idiot in charge of anything.

@Blue_Footy Terminating his contract would mean an immediate expense to the profit and loss account of circa £50-£60 million, (the unamortised value). They would avoid annual wages of £5 million p.a. This is not helpful to club finances.
English

‼️ Chelsea would be able to terminate Mudryk's contract once the Cas process has concluded, given an anti-doping ban constitutes a breach of employment terms in most footballers contracts.
Were they to do that, the amortised cost of the remaining years of Mudryk's contract would disappear from the club accounts - effectively writing the expense off and helping their finances significantly.
On the other hand though, Chelsea would be entitled to sell Mudryk for some sort of transfer fee if they maintain his contract and keep paying his wages.

@AsplinKevin @nw_nicholas He didn’t disclose it though, did he.
English

@nw_nicholas It wasn't a 'donation' it was a gift. How many times does this need to be stated to you? Maybe listen for once?

@patriottakes @MeidasTouch I note that Trump can calculate percentage reductions for energy bills, but not drug prices.
English

@atrupar What a clown. After King Charles demonstrated the benefits of diplomacy in front of Trump, we get this nonsense.
English

@ThoNg676733 Yes and by a wide margin. No one else comes close.
English

@YvetteCooperMP The King’s speech was inspirational. We would achieve so much more if others learned from his example and avoided the confrontational, headline grabbing rhetorical nonsense they currently use.
English

@TheRealJamieKay Why did you crash the world economy, you fat orange cunt.

🚨 WATCH: Kemi Badenoch says the "whole country" is sick of Keir Starmer's "tone-death, pompous moralising"
Starmer: "I changed my party and I won a general election. She changed her party... and it's now even smaller than when she started as leader"

@ZiaYusufUK @ZiaYusufUK you are neither an MP, nor a member of the official opposition, yet you call yourself Shadow Home Secretary. Why?
English

@FrankKhalidUK He wasn’t considered in January, so why now?
English

@KemiBadenoch I recall that you could have been prosecuted for criminal hacking. Try being less pompous.

To save his own skin, Keir Starmer threatened his MPs with the loss of their jobs unless they helped cover up his misleading statements to Parliament. It is a disgrace that 333 Labour MPs chose to be complicit in that cover up.
It is very notable that the Chief Secretary to the Prime Minister would not repeat his boss’s exact claim that there “was no pressure whatsoever” from No10 on the appointment of Peter Mandelson, instead trying to 'clarify' what he had meant.
This is a government coming apart at the seams. They are more interested in their own survival than the cost of living crisis affecting hardworking families.
Labour MPs will rue the day that they voted against this motion, because it is the day that people saw they believe there’s one rule for Labour and another for everyone else.
