I have a small water feature for the garden that is powered by a small solar panel and works ok in strong sun directly facing it. However unfortunately as soon as the sun moves a few inches it stops working and we have to adjust the panel- ideas on upgrading to make more useable?

At 76 I'm not scrabbling about under cars anymore, make no mistake I used to do everything from engines out to gearbox strip, suspension overhaul, so fuck off with your cynicism. And if I am buying a part I have choices, you rarely get to tell garage owners what they need to buy. I used to buy hundreds of thousands of parts costing millions so up yours with your superior attitude... Do you take yours to main dealerships and pay main dealership labour and parts cost.....

Wife's car has been repaired. An interesting conversation with the garage. Me: so the part failed after 3 months 1700 miles. Have you used the same make type again. Them: well there's only certain ones we can use. Me: yes I get that I've been in engineering all my life, is it a Peugeot part? Them: no we get parts from our suppliers. Me: is it the same make, type as failed. Them: no we used a different one. Me: is it a composite plastic one. Them: I don't look in the box. Me: I would. Them: you would. Me: I don't want another failure in 3 months. Them: we have had this happen before on Peugeot cars, same nearside top mount. Here's my thoughts, these parts are safety critical, composite plastic is insufficiently strong enough in many circumstances. Imagine doing 70mph on a motorway and bang your suspension top mount fails! And then there's the question of the damaged scuttle cover, we are continuing the conversation. 🤷‍♂️

Good Morning everyone. Unfortunately, the Drs decided yesterday afternoon to withdraw the life sustaining care to my Sister. Once everyone, who was able, visited they removed the tubes etc. At 03:53 this morning she sadly passed. No jokes today out of respect.
