As you know I am supporting John Pesutto in his attempts to avoid bankruptcy as a result of the action bought against him by Moria Deeming. John made comments that the court found defamatory of Ms Deeming and he paid $316,000 in damages. Now Ms Deeming is seeking the payment of her costs in the order of $2.3m. A huge sum that John does not have, and if it can't be raised Ms Deeming has filed to bankrupt John.
