@RandomSisco Hold up! Stella and Brandon are never boring, never will be boring and could never be boring
English

The Winx boyfriends are essentially just boy versions of their girlfriends, it's honestly a very boring dynamic and a lot of the criticism on the relationships stem from that, even when you don't realize it.
They were still fun to watch, though.

riv ✨@boysodiabolical
perfectly describes the winx club and the specialists lol

@zombiechengzi Oh why is that if I may ask? I felt that the chemistry was better in the 1st and

@marple92562 I'm talking about partnerships, not movies quality. I like relationship between partners in a 2nd one more.

@offbeatorbit This!! everything feels empty but even if there are extras or background characters for some reason the backgrounds are always blurry and you don't see anything?
English

I honestly feel like this is a bigger problem in TV these days than anything.
Daniel Brown@ohhellodan
What I miss most about old movies is extras. People on the streets, in the background, all around. So many films now feel like the characters exist in an almost empty world. Like this scene in Body Heat— I couldn’t think of the last film I saw that felt so casually alive.

@potatoslav @vimto91021 Eh no, I had the similar experience whilst visiting some cities and few years ago. Honestly in Europe Americans are known that way- super friendly in the outside but don't trust them but well every country has good and bad ppl.
English

@marple92562 @vimto91021 that’s a teenager thing not an american thing
English

@potatoslav @vimto91021 I was raised to be very polite and treat everyone with friendliness, respect and kindness. For me that's the bare minimum but I guess, I'm stubborn and direct at times bc of where I was raised.
English

@potatoslav @vimto91021 Really? I had that experience whilst visiting some cities and making American friends in High School, they seem super-friendly but then they stab you. I didn't have good experience with them but again, I'm sure it depends on the people- but yeah, we don't like smalltalk here.

whenever people talk about korean industry + extensions i immediately think about her

matts@cakesforskz
i need korean hairstylists to either learn how to use hair extensions or dont work with it ever again, theyre horrible at it, look at this hair....
English

@potatoslav @vimto91021 No, I mean the fake-assery and sugar-coating like the constant "I love you's" and then they stab you behind the back. I like the directness but as mentioned perhaps bc I am used to it. We understand that people aren't saints, have flaws and accept them that way.
English

@marple92562 @vimto91021 “we’re not rude we’re just honest” calls americans fake bc we like to small talk lmao
English

@ReDKishin @potatoslav I had that happen to me in Paris 😂 bc I speak no french and asked for directions but well I can't speak on Germany, I live near Vienna but in the countryside
English

@marple92562 @potatoslav I lived in Berlin for a long long time (20 years). There are a few good people depending on where in Berlin you are but for example Mitte is full of rude people. Some locations will also straight up tell you to fuck off cause they don't know you and you don't live there.
English

@massaBeard @potatoslav Really? I appreciate it more than the fake-assery Americans pull
English

@marple92562 @potatoslav Too much honestly like anything else can be a bad thing.
English

@vimto91021 @potatoslav Wow, I'm not German and tbvh I don't understand anything you said 😭 but perhaps because I grew up in Austria, I just like it better than the fake-assery Americans pull. I don't need sugar-coating or flattery then behind your back they will laugh at you.
English

@marple92562 @potatoslav i hear the same shit from you gerfags every time nah youre just petty jealous assholes who love nothing more than to gossip about others and point fingers and cry if you see someone who isnt doing like shit, youre like a bunch of crabs in a bucket, mentally enslaved goyim
English

@spookyskeltals @potatoslav I can't speak for Germans but with Austrians, they tell you to the face straight rather than sugarcoat, I thibk that's refreshing. Don't need flattery when I look like sh*t.
English

@marple92562 @potatoslav Nah germans are for sure rude and in your face like barely anyone else. Honesty is one thing, Spießerei is another. If it doesnt affect you, the sensible thing would be to just move on with your day. Germans will go out of their way to police and chastize you for anything.
