As prices rise, the #Russian war on #Ukraine is disproportionately harming women and girls worldwide.

Informal volunteer groups and NGOs are providing virtually all humanitarian aid in #Ukraine. But they have received only 0.24% of direct donations, according to @HumOutcomes.
Instead, billions have gone to large international NGOs— money that largely still has not been spent.
