If you ever think of travelling through #Amsterdam @Schiphol airport without EU passport - DON’T. This is ridiculous and keep happening since Covid. The passport queues are beyond ridiculous. @Schiphol when are you planning on sorting this out?

A 65-year-old Russian teacher, Natalia Taranushenko, has been detained in #Armenia. She fled #Russia after being charged following a school lesson she conducted about the war in #Ukraine. Natalia Taranushenko taught Russian language and literature for 44 years at the same school in Protvino, near Moscow. Everything changed after the principal asked her to conduct a so-called "lesson of kindness." She structured the lesson by discussing World War II, reading an excerpt from Anne Frank's diary, and showing a video of a Ukrainian woman hiding in a basement. While talking about the war, she stated that Russia was behaving like Nazi Germany. The students recounted the lesson at home, leading several fathers to file complaints and demand her dismissal. In June, Natalia learned that a criminal case had been opened against her. She quickly left Russia for Armenia. She was planning to move to another country, but was detained at Yerevan airport and informed that the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs had issued an interstate warrant for her arrest. It is currently unclear what will happen to her next. #UkraineRussiaWar
