Ordered from @McDonaldsUK app, it was missing items. They say you have to go through @ubereats_uk for a refund. It's now been 7 weeks, countless emails and phone calls and still no refund. @McDonaldsUK blame @ubereats_uk and vice versa, will one of you just give me my money back?

@UberUKsupport I ordered through the @McDonaldsUK app, I don't understand why I need to contact @Uber when delivery was fine, albeit the food was only luke warm to touch, but the problem was at mcdonalds. They should sort it out. So wrong to have to go through @Uber for a mcdonalds fault.

No offer to collect missing items. After 25 minutes on call to uber the rest of the food is inedible due to temperature, my husband ended up going to @KFC. Completely out of pocket and fuming 😤 2/2
