@EmiratesSupport I don’t understand why the thousands of people stuck in the airport have not been given any information, do you expect them to sleep on the floor like this until you sort flights? Please give more information and put them up in hotels!

@EmiratesSupport my mum is currently stranded in Dubai airport. Her flight was due to arrive in Manchester 7.45 this morning but she is still in Dubai with no idea when her flight will be leaving. She has been awake 24hrs! There has been next to no help from emirates staff. EK019
