We have probably the most talented group of academy players in my life time supporting this club I really want our next manager to be someone who is big on integrating them Especially because our squad isn’t at it’s peak level yet, we can build some really nice foundations around the homegrown kids Hate to mention them, but Arteta built a great connection from players to fans by integrating Saka, ESR and Nketiah etc. We should be looking to do the same where possible - Williams-Barnett - Mikey Moore - Tynan Thompson - Junai Byfield - Tyrese Hall - Malachi Hardy - Callum Olusesi - Mason Melia - Reiss Russell-Denny Within this group there is 100% enough quality to have a couple break through AT LEAST
