Okay, I have a confession. I've been in this game for a minute and academia is no joke (just look at what's happening at UNC Chapel Hill). But I'm genuinely excited to be heading to @WakeForest and to work with some really amazing colleagues.

Yes Alison. It was at least 26 years ago. That programme changed the face of leadership in Newham. I have been a Headteacher for over 24 years. Now 3 days a week. Leaving Headship this year. Have registered my consultancy Rollins Education Consultancy Ltd.
