Was supposed to be back on Saturday at 12:30, then at 4:00pm they said Sunday at 8:30am now we have no estimate at all. Nothing!! Half of our neighborhood is kinetic and we are all fed up and switching.

@GoKineticFiber we have been without internet since Friday night. No storm, nothing to cause this. We have been given no time for repair or resolution. This is absolutely ridiculous and not a way to run a business. Also no customer service on Sunday so we can cancel this crap. 😡
