Just home from almost exactly 24 hours of straight travel home from Salvador. Because of delays I got plenty of exercise running through São Paulo and Lisbon airports, and #flytap, #tapportugal also saved me time by losing my suitcase, so I don't have unpack - thanks guys!

Today Dr. Niall Muldoon visited St.James Primary School in Dublin 8. Great to see the wonderful work being done around their wellbeing initiatives and practices. Thanks to principal Mr.Cronin and Melissa. It was great to see the samba and story massage during our visit.
