So, both milestones were hit at one time. $500 MRR is here, revenue over 1600, record of daily downloads, and 200 active subs! Feeling super optimistic. Definitely, I'm still struggling with getting the downloads->purchase metric better; it is now like 1 percent or so. But anyway, maybe this is my way of doing the indie stuff. Or maybe I will figure this out a bit later.

So I'm back to using @warpdotdev, now that it's OSS. I set my default model selector to `auto (open-weights)`, which selects automatically one of kimi-2.5, kimi-2.6, minimax-2.7, or qwen 3.6+. Probably not what I'd use for a large coding task, but for the simple things I do it in the terminal it's astounding how good, cheap, and especially fast these models are. I ask for something and they go frrrrrr and a couple of seconds later I got what I wanted done. Incredible!
