Legendary empathy & care @AirAsiaIndia esp Manas Gulati at Delhi T3. Mom was sinking while on SXR-BLR via DEL. Manas took charge - from ER/docs to ambulance to baggage-insisting we focus only on mom. Honoured our DEL-BLR leg after a week. We lost mom but super touched by Manas🙏

@drrajatchauhan This is real. My sleep got pretty messed up after our 2 cats started sharing the bedroom. It's better now as wife got her own bedroom. Better for the cats, i.e. I yet suffer.

@Printo_India Why do you add a shipping cost per product, even when I'm ordering 15-20 products, all to the same address? That *really* doesn't make sense - and makes it prohibitively expensive for what's otherwise a great customer, I assume AOV wise?
