@AmericanAir I accommodated American Airlines in every way I could today after the airline delayed my flight by 6 hours. I offered flights on other airlines, I agreed to take a later flight on American Airlines and the AA response has been hostile, personal and angry.

@AmericanAir It is not coincidence that the hostility and incompetence I am subjected to by American AIrlines relates directly to the fact I have flown almost 3 million miles with this airline. There is no accountability, no respect, no decency.

@AmericanAir 3 times in 11 months American Airlines has treated me as if I am a criminal. 3 million miles flown with American and I am routinely harassed, insulted, lied to and shouted at by gate agents, ticket agents, phone representatives and American Airlines personnel

I have 3 million miles flown with American Airlines and the entire process - checking bags, getting seats, using the app, trying to accommodate a corrupt, incompetent airline, is always an exercise in futility. American Airlines has no respect or allegiance to its customers. I

Another American AIrlines nightmare story. My third one in the past 11 months. This time a delayed flight due to mechanical issues, but the fallout - where I tried to get another flight to replace the delayed (by 8 hours as of right now) flight has become definitively nightmarish
