Let's be even more clear about this: -ICE's jurisdiction is ONLY on matters related to immigration. -They do NOT have normal police powers or authorities. -To stop a vehicle they MUST have reasonable cause to believe it contains an undocumented immigrant. -To draw their weapon on someone they MUST have reasonable cause that their lives are in *DIRECT* danger. -They CANNOT detain you with out reasonable cause to believe you are undocumented. -They CANNOT detain a US citizen for passing-by the area. Ice had NO jurisdiction to stop or interact with this woman at all, never mind pull out a gun.
