@TTChelps people just got off of a Streetcar to get onto a bus & then to get onto another street car. What would the TTC call that What does that look like to the commuters using your system How is this fast reliable Transit? The TTC needs to be ashamed & embarrass of themselves.

Good job adding more time to the commute. Don't call it qn "inconvenience". This is lack of oversight and a lack of representation of the people who take transit.

@TTChelps I love how the 506 is now broken up into a bus & streetcar combo. God forbid you just have the bus run the entire length but who wants convenient. This is what happens when a Transit agencies is run by people who don't take transit.

@TTChelps the best part about riding a 506 right now is how they're doing a bus and streetcar combo. God forbid we just run the bus the entire length. This is what happens when we have a Transit Agency created by those who don't ride Transit. Just add more time to my commute

@TTChelps I want to thank you for creating a safe reliable and accessible Transit. Sorry I'm talking about the wrong Transit here. Waiting 30 minutes for a bus downtown is not acceptable where is the 506???? Is there a Secret website I need to look at?

@TTChelps you would think putting buses on the streetcar route would make the buses better because they can actually move in and out of traffic but that's not the case. Great job with not having enough buses for the 506..

@waynecheung29 @Metrolinx Many people don't take GO and the system needs to be seamless and needs to be the same. But this is what happens when transit systems are created by people who don't take transit.

@TTChelps Great job for not having PERSTO readers on the Eglinton LRT. I see you are setting up your passages to get caught by fare inspector Jevert, because like ALL YOUR OTHER transit has readers on the system. Good job for setting us up to get fines.

@TTChelps I love knowing that the TTC thinks it's okay that the 506 should run every 20 minutes A Streetcar / bus that runs a downtown core. Thinking it's okay that a packed bus is okay. This is what happens when we have Transit run by people who don't take transit.

@TTChelps You mean on all the trains. Like they do on your buses and street cars....where are the readers on the LTR? People wrere confused when they got on and didn't see any. This is what happens when transit is design by people who don't take it.

@TTChelps I want to personally congratulate you for making the 506 Streetcar into a suburb type Transit where it runs every 20mins. Great job for making downtown feel like the suburbs. This is what happens when we have a TTC board filled with people that don't take transit.

This is what happens when we have a Transit Agency run by people who don't actually take transit and would rather we just take cars. Just be upfront with us and tell her she don't like your customers and be honest about it. That way we can just move on.

@TTChelps I want to congratulate the TTC for making sure the parliament bus runs every 24 minutes that is really good customer service. What happened to that I'm not trying to make Transit every 10 minutes particularly in the downtown core.

@TTChelps Even after leaving 20mins earlier I'm still late. You would think shutting down 2 subway lines the TTC would do everything it can to make the trains run more frequently. This what happens when we have a Broad that would rather take the DVP then the TTC they over look.

@TTChelps Lol & wait 15 days to hear back from your "so call customer service". that's a no. The only way to get anyone to get back to you is through the Mayor's Office....maybe if so call TTC Broad members road the TTC they would understand our "frustration" but they were on the DVP.

@TTChelps Great job it having the SAME PROBLEM TWO DAYS IN A ROW!!! No wonder you can't get the EGLINTON up & running. The best part is seeing trying to get on the shutting bu, the back doors are close and the front it full but not the back.

The best part it to see a TTC employee on the bus and not moving back. If your own employee can't end do it, what makes you think customers will? Lol, what a joke.....thanks for writing back "sorry for the inconvenience" vs "your right this shouldn't happen"

Please don't come back with it's an inconvenience cuz it's beyond a inconvenience my time is more than inconvenience. Something the TTC doesn't understand. If it's rush hour have 6 people out. DON'T WASTE PEOPLE’S TIME.

@TTChelps I just want to congratulate you for having inspectors at Finch station & how we had to wait in a long line to get our cards checked to make sure we paid. there wasn't enough for them checking quickly enough. the train left & then we had to wait a long time next 1.
