You shouldn't lose a single follower! We were lucky to have Brown, Quick, Doughty, and Kopi for pretty much their whole careers, but it's time to turn the page. Robitaille & Co. wasted 9 years on failed retools while our core were still in their primes. Firing #20 (plus friends), a Doughty buyout, and Kopi retiring is the only way to close this chapter.

Heard the other day that one of the reasons Blake stepped away was that he didn’t enjoy the scouting and traveling part of the job… That’s a FUNDAMENTAL part of building a team! @Berger_BYTES Matthews can decide where he wants to go. Only looking at team performance, I would be shocked if Matthews would choose LA over Anaheim or Utah. Anaheim has the better prospect pool and is ready to become a contender.
