Thread: Had a brilliant Trust wide "Inspire and Exchange" session today. Teachers/leaders from our 5 secondaries planned a CPD session outline on 5 higher GCSE topics. All teachers from the Trust attended (directed time to include travel) from 4pm until 5pm 1/n

I am extremely proud of our first "Inspire and Exchange" session and grateful for the hours of work that facilitators put into preparing the sessions and the engagement and contributions of all maths staff in the trust. Proper CPD!! End/

Benefits? Setting the standard, aligning best practice and disseminating effective norms between schools, building confidence and pedagogical knowledge, developing leadership and CPD delivery and something that AI cannot do ... building community 6/n
