This makes absolute sense. When I give a talk for a corporation, I don’t promote other corporations. If I did, I would be fired on the spot and never booked again. Is that hard to understand?

A big tech colleague once told me he was gonna look for a job at a smaller place because he was tired of not being the best programmer on his team.
I could relate to the feeling, but I always figured it was better to tolerate it so you can learn from more skilled people. 🤔

An Equity Forward report showed that crisis pregnancy centers gave out less than one pack of diapers per client, and often required women to go to Bible study classes before allowing them to have any.
