@KeystotheShop @sritson I’m probably an outlier but IMO any report is in essence marketing so expresses a particular viewpoint. For years we have just provided the raw P&L data but I’ll be writing an analysis of last years to see the effect of Covid on the business.

In talking to people about cheap coffee, I heard from roasters complaining about cafes pushing down on pricing while also demanding sustainably sourced coffee. Should cafes do transparency reports? Other than @matnorth and co, do any cafes do this?

@Di_Bach @DrElJaskowska @GemmaGermains Aye, an app could be great, but...it’s hard to accurately track and cause and effect unless you eliminate all those variables.

@matnorth @DrElJaskowska @GemmaGermains Agree with Matt, excludion diet is probably your best bet. I.e I go back to basics when in a flare to help my system and once I'm getting on top of it I reintroduce a food slowly to see how things go. Over time I have built up a picture of what works for me. I didn't use apps

@dottigirl @DrElJaskowska @GemmaGermains Same. Many of these diseases get labelled as generic IBD, which is hard to pin down. The best way to track has an effect is an exclusion diet as its isolates food combinations. Beyond that the York test is odd, but weirdly effective.

@DrElJaskowska @matnorth @GemmaGermains If you find anything that does this, please let me know. I've been having gut problems, had a blood test come back with a marker for Coeliac, but I'm not convinced it's that as not every gluten-containing food upsets me.
