I am so angry.... The sheer stress of trying to access mum's @Sainsburys_Bank savings account after her death is doing my head in. Apparently a notarised copy of her grant of probate (that cost £150) isn't acceptable and I now have to pay another £150 to have it redone or risk seeing the original document in the post to a PO Box......

@emmaaitkenF1 Hubby and I book first class to London. Get on at Paddington and someone has sat in our booked seats. I explain. She huffs and puffs says Really!!! She moves to seat behind and continues to huff and puff train manager comes. And we hear ‘ you have a standard class ticket madam’

Packed train to Euston. Woman sitting on an aisle seat with her coat and bag all comfy on the seat beside her. I politely request I have the seat. To say she was not amused is an understatement! I never knew someone could huff and puff so much in such a small space! 🤣
