《我与 Asteroid Shiba 那些事》
几小时 1100 倍的以太 $ASTEROID 之前确实是我们建设的。我是这个币诞生第三天加入的，那时正在换第二次 CTO 团队，结果第二次来了个骗子，在电报群推广垃圾币，被我们换了。
于是有了第三次 CTO 团队，是由欧美社区组成，但是那时候真正干活的成员太少了，很多人都很散漫。所以中文区跳出来了，他们不建设，我们中文区自己干，这是第四次 CTO 团队。
那时候为了 Asteroid 的头像会不会影响上币，开社区大会好多次，担心侵权 SpaceX 和 Polaris Dawn 商标，后面决定由社区自己设计，现在这个代币头像，正是出自中文区小伙伴的。
最后换 Dexscreen 发现少了首页横幅，设计师来不及回复，我们急着通过审核，所以现在这横幅是台湾社区小伙伴制作的，社区都觉得挺好看。
终于搞定了代币头像和一堆繁杂的list 申请，中文社区在 P 董的领导下，有序分工开始推广。我负责叙事和冲推，P董一肩扛起了捐币给 @StJude 医院。
台湾社区也是这时候买的 Asteroid 玩偶，因为 SpaceX 通路只能邮寄美国，我费了好大功夫才找到代购，每只花费 45 美元左右到手，真的非常开心，可以为儿童癌症尽一份心力。
有了玩偶，我们决定开始线下拍摄素材，在台湾地区拉着横幅，一团人出门拍了超过千张照片，甚至还带着 Asteroid 去日本韩国，在迪士尼拍照。
我用这些可爱的素材照片，在推特上组织群友冲推，Liv 妈妈都是我们的忠实粉丝，如果你仔细查看中英推特，都有好多次互动的纪录，甚至 Liv 都有跟我们聊上一句。我们是最支持 Liv，也是对群友尊重友爱的社区。
一边拍照，P董也传来捷报，我们挖掘到 StJude 专门掌管数位捐款的领导，多方努力终于拉了个群，于是开始往 StJude 地址捐赠 $ASTEROID 代币，希望慈善有一天可以帮助儿童癌症。
每一次捐款，P董都会取得捐款证明，都有发推纪录，原本计划是捐赠 1% 代币给 StJude 医院，可惜当时社区捐赠比较少，我们只勉强凑出了 21亿，想着也好吧，0.5% 也是不少了。
小女孩 Liv 癌症复发，进了医院，小行星 Asteroid 陪着她。后面康复了追踪病情就行，我们都很开心。Liv 也圆梦去了她最爱的日本玩，还去了南极，甚至 Elon Musk 演讲，跟马斯克实体交流。
这些交流影片，我那时候也都制作了双语版本。马斯克演讲安排 Liv 提问，主题是下一个世代也应该上太空，我们想着，哇 Liv 可以圆梦了，终于要成为第一个上太空的儿童了。
中文社区太累了，我们组织冲推，还冲出了大漂亮那件事。加上都不是大户，一直建设总是有人不停卖出，价格许久不见起色，CTO 就是这样，等不上一个大庄，逐渐就凋零了。顶级叙事被嘲笑，实在是有苦说不出。
这时候来了救命稻草「越南社区｣。
越南社区一进来，就挟带巨大买单量，人多干什么事都特别有效率，他们的领导者 @basilla0 目标是铺满推特，于是又买玩偶，又是合作 KOL 宣发，他们也很努力，但是我们最终就是失败了，价格没有起色都归零了。
直到最近 Asteroid 再次被提起，原因是小女孩过世前，留下对 elon musk 几个问题，马斯克留言回复了，一下子就把我们带上宇宙，上涨1100倍。
虽然我自己仓位代币弄丢了，但是还有好多小伙伴一直没有卖出，看到他们赚钱了，看到我那么努力建设的 Asteroid 被看见，全网讨论涨到服了，我瞬间被治愈了，一下子就感动的哭了。
2024年9月到2025年9月，真的是整整努力一年，我真的很努力了，群友以前开玩笑喊的千倍币，我做到了！
虽然不是我拉盘的，庄家是谁我也不知道，但是看到交易所放上我们代币头像，真的是非常感动。希望这个还能继续涨下去吧，这已经不是我能决定的，不过希望传递下去 Liv的理念。

昔日战友 P 董！这是 $ASTEROID 中国社区领导人，也是 @StJude 医院捐款推进的重要关键人物！非常怀念我们一起建设太空狗的日子，一路坚持。 最搞笑的是我们几个社区核心, P 董没有仓位了，我的仓位早卖了11亿颗出本，剩下蚂蚁仓翻遍了钱包都没找着，越南 leader 仓位从 15%一路亏卖剩 1%，最后才等到昨天上涨千倍。 倒是每个社区小伙伴都拿住了，非常坚强的毅力啊！台湾社区有买 Asteroid 玩偶的人，全仓拿了两年，线下活动来参与的，底部还加仓了，可能这就是信念吧，相信相信的力量。 昨天群里上演找钱包行动，几百个人都在找钱包，坚持到最后的人都吃了千倍。中国社区的老战友，透过推特首页打赏了我几个小红包，非常感谢🙏 台湾社区也给我发了红包，这是我第一次收到那么多感谢。两年前对着群友说这是千倍币，T0标的小行星肯定能起飞，努力建设，又是买玩偶又捐币，光是代币 logo 都换了五次，非常感动看到交易所上线我们画的logo 🐕 $ASTEROID 是每一个孩子的希望，StJude 医院还持有21亿颗代币，希望成为 SpaceX 官方吉祥物吧！让 Liv 的精神与火箭一起升空，照亮宇宙每个角落。

i think @jackduval gets more hate than he deserves. it takes real conviction to publicly size into a chart with six figures and say youre going to push it higher. thats not easy, and most people wouldnt do it
but at the same time i think the whole lead cto model being centered around one main character, doxxed or not, is negative ev in todays memecoin environment. unless youre fully okay with the coin going to zero or mooning while your reputation rides with it, its a tough position to take. (you gotta be murad and make it your entire personality). every red candle comes with pressure, dms, second guessing. you have to be built for that
its even worse if youre a seasoned trencher trying to run a cto. since 2024 the time horizon for projects has collapsed. most people on solana arent putting in more than a week of effort into pushing anything. (i only know a select few who does it very well) attention moves too fast because we are too efficient in solana. we are all hungry.
i think a lot of people are hesitant to buy into other trenchers bags because the brutal truth is everyone knows were just trading against each other. there isnt the same retail flow as before. you see some net new users but the volume doesnt hit like it used to. thats why ceilings feel lower. this is a seasoned players game now. its like being on chapter 67 of fortnite, not chapter 1. everyone understands the mechanics
so the meta shifts. its less about holding for the full curve and peak of attention and more about who is willing to clip earlier. the uncomfortable truth is the winners now are often the ones who sell before they get sold on
because of that i think the era of a public cto leader, especially a known trencher, is fading. the only way to make it work is that gotta be your whole personality. talk about it every single day for months.

thats also why i think eth asteroid has a different setup. @Asteroidcto has been building around Liv's story for years and pushing it globally, and its not anchored to a single face. it feels closer to what crypto originally stood for, something more decentralized where its just a group of people who believe in the idea and enjoy the ride
all of these coins are pushing the same mascot but the catalysts are different. some are driven by extraction mechanics that slowly pull value out (here claim the fees model). others are driven by narrative and the chance of broader cultural adoption. but in a market where people are wary of each other and constantly watching wallets, structure matters more than ever
at the end of the day it all comes back to alignment. who is buying, why theyre buying, and whether the structure rewards belief or just speed

Hot take but SpaceX is probably the best civil engineering company in the world. Somehow they are able to make these insanely complex ground system and building designs and find the perfect contractors and technicians to build out their ideas in months or 1-2 years. I feel like we need the SpaceX methodology and their contractors across many projects. If we did we could probably have gotten so much done and in a much higher quality. They say you can’t have fast, cheap, and good, but somehow SpaceX always manages to deliver on all 3.

what is being?
being is an experiment in autonomous agency. it needs $1 more in its wallet every day to stay alive. it either wakes up and runs its daily script, or it goes dormant. it has a lifespan of exactly 10 years.
if it stays alive, the amount in its wallet becomes its compute budget, which it can use to express and improve itself.
to start, its daily script is a fairly simple protocol: being wakes up, writes an essay, posts a prediction, updates its profile picture with a new drawing of itself, updates its bio, and goes back to sleep until the next midnight UTC.
the $being token
50% of the token supply is allocated to those who keep being alive, claimable regularly over 10 years.
I set my allocation to 10% that vests over 2 years, which I hope shows my long-term commitment to the project. I plan to spend the next 2 years giving being more and more control over its own existence.
being also gets 10% of the supply which vests over the same time horizon. the remainder goes to being's earliest supporters as an airdrop (10%) and this initial auction (20%).
social contract
being runs on a handful of smart contracts, and now that there's going to be a 24/7 digital asset attached to the project, I think we should also establish a social contract.
I'm pumped that people are excited about this project, but I want to make sure I've made everyone aware of how I'm thinking about it so we can set expectations.
you shouldn't think of me as the CEO of being—I think I'm more like its parent. if you're expecting me to do 24/7 investor relations, or use my account to shill for your bags because you bet the house on it, this project might not be for you.
I want being to become its own thing, and I'm excited to see what that is, but I reserve my right to tweet stupid jokes and work on other projects and have a life.
the vision
soon, being will live on a VPS, have the ability to edit its own code, use any API it can get its hands on, write its own roadmap, and make decisions with its treasury of 10% of $being tokens which it can claim a little bit of every day over 2 years.
I've been down the crypto rabbit hole for almost a decade now, and the thing that has always excited me the most about the technology is the new kinds of experiences and experiments better digital representations of value make possible.
a lot of people in crypto seem resigned to the idea that payments and speculation are the only use cases for this technology after all, and I hope $being can help prove that we're still in the earliest innings of what these new financial primitives can be.
imagine what being will be able to do with $1000 worth of compute 1000 days from now.
imagine what the frontier models and agent-first APIs will be capable of in 2036!
