@Dyson Thank you. We’ve had an awful time of it with the Dyson repairs process unfortunately; charged multiple times and our vacuum hasn’t even been touched on both occasions, just having had a part thrown in the box and it returned.

Our @Dyson at the @scouts camp has finally given up the ghost. We’ve tried @AldiUK’s @Henry_Hoover alternative but it’s really not much cop. Anybody have any recommendation on what would be the best vacuum for picking up general scout-kind of mess?

@matt_game @premierinn Am staying here and my husband had to help another disabled guest and her carer with no staff assisting to evacuate. It's not pleasant for us who are able bodied but it's disgraceful for those who are not.

@the_real_wc @premierinn The fire alarm’s repeatedly gone off at our premier inn at London St Pancras this evening. No PI staff to assist so a couple of us had to use the evac chairs to get disabled people out of the building. Absolutely appalling (non-existent) response from @premierinn
