Ad & SEO agencies can add 5-10 clients without making a single hire by rolling out hermes to their agency. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out how to install it, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built an 83-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — The 5 daily prompts that turn it into a second brain — Plain English setup for Mac, Linux, and Android — How to lock it down without torching client data — 8 copy-paste workflows across reporting, outreach, sales, and ops — The cron trick that drops token spend by 90% 10 new clients at 5k/mo= 50k/mo in new profit just from this one tool. Comment HERMES and I'll send it.
GREG ISENBERG@gregisenberg

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

6 hours ago I opened Claude Design for the first time... I'm fairly certain I found the biggest unlock for LinkedIn content in the big 26. Infographics have recently become the SINGLE fastest way to position yourself as an authority on LinkedIn. If they're good enough, the image alone will stop the scroll and 5-10x your 'scroll time' which is HUGE for the current LI algo. But nobody was shipping them, because making them sucked. $500 a post if you hired out, or 300 hours of Figma tutorials if you DIY'd it. Claude Design just got rid of that problem entirely. I spent the afternoon building agency-grade infographics without touching Figma once, and the output is WAYY better than what I've been commissioning from designers. So I'm building the entire playbook into a course. Inside you'll get: 1) The EXACT prompt templates I'm using for scroll-stopping visuals 2) How to lock Claude to your brand colors, fonts, & layouts 3) The 7 infographic formats I'm see pull the highest impressions on LinkedIn RIGHT NOW 4) My batching workflow for pumping these out fast 5) How to leverage infographic posts that cater to the algorithm Comment "DESIGN" and I'll DM you the course the second it drops. (follow me first so the DM actually lands.) PS: The 3 infographics attached are the ones I built this afternoon. First day touching the tool.

I mapped every AI automation opportunity across 25 industries. 10-15 pain points each. With the exact positioning, pricing range, and who to sell to. This took me 4 years and 80+ client engagements to figure out. A lot of AI agencies pick a niche and pray. They don't know the actual pain points. They don't know who the buyer is. They don't know what these companies are already paying for broken solutions. They don't know what the realistic project size is. So they end up competing on price for generic "AI automation" gigs. I've worked with marketing agencies, recruiting firms, e-commerce brands, law firms, real estate companies, healthcare practices, financial services, SaaS companies, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and more. Every single one has 10-15 processes that are bleeding money because they're still done manually. Here's what the guide covers for each industry: → The top 10-15 automation pain points (ranked by ROI) → Who the actual buyer is (CEO, COO, ops manager, etc.) → What they're currently paying for manual labor or broken SaaS → Realistic project pricing ($5K-$60K+ depending on scope) → The discovery questions that unlock the deal → How to position yourself as the expert even if you've never worked in that industry → Red flags to avoid (industries and company sizes that aren't worth it) 25 industries and 300+ specific automation opportunities. This is the cheat code for picking your niche and knowing exactly what to sell before you ever get on a call. Like + RT + reply "NICHE" and I'll send you the full guide (Must be following so I can DM)

Building AI workflows used to take a developer. Now it takes an afternoon. The agentic AI market is moving from $7 billion to $93 billion by 2032. This is not a trend. It is infrastructure. Agencies winning new mandates right now aren't the ones with the best pitch deck. They're the ones who can show an AI-built workflow live in a demo. That's the new credibility signal. Most GTM leads, agency founders, RevOps builders waste their time on approaches that don't scale: 𐄂 Spending months learning automation tools node by node 𐄂 Hiring developers to build workflows you could own yourself 𐄂 Re-briefing Claude every session because nothing is stored properly 𐄂 Manually switching between tools instead of connecting them directly But that’s not how smart companies scale. So I put together The Claude Code GTM Engineer's Playbook. Here's what the playbook includes: ☑ The WAT framework - Workflows, Agent, Tools - and exactly how each layer works ☑ How to build a prospect research workflow that scrapes, enriches, scores, drafts, and pushes to CRM without a single human touchpoint ☑ The full MCP connection guide for Attio, Apollo, Outreach, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, and more ☑ Sub-agent configurations for ICP research, sequence building, campaign diagnosis, and data analysis ☑ How to deploy to Modal and [Trigger.dev](Trigger.dev) so workflows run on a schedule without you touching them ☑ Context management rules that stop output quality degrading mid-session ☑ The RAG setup that removes the knowledge ceiling on your Claude projects entirely Built from real workflow builds and actual Claude Code sessions - not theory. Same thinking used to build competitor analysis PDFs at $1.40 per run and prospect research workflows that run 25 leads in parallel - now documented properly. Want access? 1/ Like this post so it reaches more people 2/ Reply PLAYBOOK and I'll DM the link ♻️ Repost if you want it faster

You don't need to learn N8N to sell N8N workflows for $2K-$5K+. I spent the last few months stress-testing Claude Code to build automation workflows without touching a single N8N node manually... ✓ Build full workflows from plain English descriptions ✓ Let Claude Code debug and fix errors automatically ✓ Connect directly to your N8N instance via MCP ✓ Pitch clients without ever becoming an N8N expert ✓ Generate $2K-$5K+ per workflow delivery And I finally turned the entire process into one step-by-step guide. N8N workflow automation - the most underrated freelance income opportunity right now. Claude Code - the only technical co-founder you actually need. Combined - you can build and sell workflows clients pay serious money for, starting today. And I'm giving away the exact build system for free. Here's what's inside: ✅ Skills + MCP Setup How to install Claude Code, connect it to your N8N instance, and activate pre-built domain expertise so Claude knows how to build workflows properly. ✅ Writing Plain English Workflow Plans How to describe any automation from A to Z in simple language - no technical knowledge required before you start. ✅ Structured Instruction Creation How to turn your high-level plan into a structured instruction using any AI model, so Claude Code builds more reliably every time. ✅ Plan Mode Workflow Building How to paste your instruction into Claude Code, use Plan Mode for better results, and let Claude build the workflow directly inside your N8N instance. ✅ Automated Debugging How to let Claude Code check executions, find issues, and fix errors itself - so you never get stuck on a broken workflow. And here's the full workflow you'll learn to build: ☒ Set up Claude Code extension in VS Code or Cursor ☒ Install Skills and MCP via the provided command ☒ Connect your N8N API key to the MCP configuration ☒ Write a plain English description of the workflow ☒ Convert it to a structured instruction using GPT or Claude ☒ Paste into Claude Code using Plan Mode ☒ Let Claude build and debug the workflow automatically ☒ Test, confirm, and deliver to your client This is the same system being used to produce: - Fully automated content idea workflows delivered daily via email - AI news monitoring and analysis pipelines - Client-ready automations built without manual N8N work - Recurring workflow income without requiring deep technical expertise All without watching hours of N8N tutorials. All inside Claude Code. All free. Want the full guide? Reply AUTOMATE and I'll DM it to you. ♻️ Retweet for priority access

Google launched a tool that lets you speak into it and spits out production-ready creative. It's game changing. It's called Stitch. And my team over the last 24 hours pulled everything we could out of our inside man from Google. Then built it all into a 30+ page PDF your creative team can run with tomorrow morning. Here's what changes Monday: Speak into the tool. Get a production-ready prototype in minutes. Lock any client's brand to a single file. The AI never goes off-brand again. Update designs on a live client call while they watch. Export working code, Figma files, and ad assets in one click. Creative output triples. Revision cycles disappear. Your team starts delivering work that used to take days — before lunch. We put everything into a PDF you can upload to any LLM and have it train your entire creative team in an afternoon. 50+ prompts. Every framework. 5 starter projects. Zero fluff. The agencies that roll this out first are going to be untouchable. Comment STITCH and I'll send you the PDF.

Most people use Claude like a fancy Google search. They type a vague question, get a generic answer, and wonder why it sounds like AI wrote it. That's not a Claude problem. That's a setup problem. Here's what actually separates power users from everyone else: ☒ No custom style instructions so every output sounds corporate and robotic ☒ No Projects so you're explaining context from scratch every single chat ☒ No structured prompts so you get surface-level answers instead of deep analysis ☒ Stopping at the first draft instead of iterating to something genuinely good So I built something that fixes all of it. The Claude Power User Playbook. Inside you'll find: → The Style Settings Setup - train Claude to write like you, not like AI (banned phrases, tone rules, domain expertise, all of it) → The Projects Framework - separate workspaces per client so context never bleeds, docs upload once, instructions persist forever → The Structured Prompt Templates - copy-paste formats for campaign analysis, content creation, and decision matrices → The Iteration System - refinement prompts that take first drafts from 6/10 to 9/10 → The Extended Thinking Guide - when to use deep reasoning mode and when it's just slowing you down → The File Creation Workflow - stop asking for text, start requesting actual .pptx, .docx, and Excel files → The Python Automation Scripts - turn 2-hour weekly reporting into a 30-second script run → The Memory Training Method - tell Claude your tools, your ICP, your preferences once and never repeat yourself again → The Multi-Document Analysis Setup - upload CSVs, competitor research, and client notes simultaneously for cross-referenced insights → The Notion Integration Workflow - Claude reads and updates your workspace automatically And I'm giving it away for free. Want it? 1. Follow me 2. Reply "PLAYBOOK" I'll send it directly to your DMs.

SHOCKING: 99% of GTM engineers using Claude are barely scratching the surface. Right now, the entire internet is screaming "Claude, Claude, Claude"... But here's the truth: just prompting it won't build GTM infrastructure. To unlock its real power, you need to master: - Claude Code deployment with the WAT framework and CLAUDE. md self-improvement loop - MCP connections, sub-agents, and automations running 24/7 without you - Pre-built prompt systems covering every GTM function you actually run I spent 100+ hours building and documenting the most complete Claude GTM Engineering Bible and compiled every prompt, workflow, build sequence, and deployment guide into one resource. I'll give it to only 500 people. To get it: 1. Follow me MUST (so I can DM) 2. Comment "CLAUDE" 3. I'll DM you the bible If you don't follow or comment, you won't receive it.

mark cuban just laid out the exact playbook for making money with AI agents. pick one vertical. learn the flows. become the AI team they never hired. he's right. but he left out the how. i've been doing this for 3 months. here's what it actually looks like: week 1: i called 12 local businesses and asked one question. "what's the most annoying part of your day?" the pool company: "we lose 11 jobs a week because nobody follows up cancellations." the PT clinic: "insurance verification takes 3 hours every morning." the cleaning company: "we quote in 2 days. our competitor quotes in 2 hours." week 2: i built every single one of those workflows. → pool company cancellation recovery - 6 min → PT clinic insurance verification - 11 min → cleaning company instant quote generator - 7 min → dog groomer appointment + waitlist manager - 9 min → pest control follow-up sequence - 4 min average build time: 7.4 minutes. average close rate when you build it live in front of them: 70%. week 3: $10,750 upfront + $1,200/mo recurring. zero proposals. zero decks. zero "let me get back to you." they watched it work. they paid on the spot. cuban said "you don't need a CS degree or VC money." he's right. you need one question, one tool, and the willingness to build it in front of them. i documented the entire framework in a free PDF: → the 1-question discovery script (word for word) → 6 copy-paste workflow prompts by industry → pricing guide (what to charge per workflow type) → the live demo script that closes 7 out of 10 → full MCP setup walkthrough (5 min install) comment "CUBAN" and i'll send it. consultants charge $15K for a discovery workshop. i just gave you the playbook for free. synta(.)io - describe the workflow in plain english. it builds, deploys, and fixes itself. I went from $500 Upwork projects to $500K+/year selling AI systems. I legitimately made every mistake you can make. Undercharging, scope creep, building without mapping, hiring wrong, pricing hourly. Then I figured out what actually works and doubled down. I put the entire playbook into a free guide. Here's what's inside: → How I went from Zapier gigs to $25K-$60K projects → The pricing shift that 5x'd my revenue (and the exact formulas) → My 4-call sales process for closing $25K-$60K+ deals → The discovery framework that turns calls into signed contracts → How I built a dev team without burning cash → The fulfillment system that keeps clients for years → How I position against agencies 10x my size and WIN → The content engine that fills my pipeline without ads or cold outreach → Every mistake I made and what I'd do differently starting from zero This took 4 years, 80+ clients, and a lot of painful lessons. Yours for free. RT + reply "AGENCY" and I'll send it over. (Must follow so I can DM
