I think you've sorely mistaken the situation. Consider the following: $BITF made the pivot to AI/HPC even before the $SDIG acquisition. The Sharon acquisition was the first sign. With all due respect, the South American contingent was the incompetent faction within BITF. Some of whom were not qualified to run a publicly listed company and more adept at running cookie factories. The overhaul of the BOD included the appointment of a key piece such as Wayne Duso, of ex-Amazon, he's not here to collect a paycheck and RSUs. Since their pivot, $BITF has added the right personnel to the team that have backgrounds in DCs and digital infrastructure. In terms of a power portfolio, I would argue that BITF has the superior collection of assets. BITF does not lack a signature site that can become flagship AI campuses, which the "dark horse" lacks at this time. In fact, BITF has 2 sites that can become flagship campuses in the PJM. Panther Creek is the one that is closer to monetization and TTM. However, Scrubgrass has 1 GW potential at a single contiguous site. In terms of management, Ben Gagnon has not been known to dump shares at the pico top, nor reward himself with preferred share dividends, even when the company is cashflow negative. In fact, he puts his money where is mouth is, he buys BITF shares on the dips. BITF does not suck at BTC mining, production by BTC/EH was always near or at the very top month after month. If you have a thesis for your "dark horse", I wouldn't mind listening to it. I just hope it has more substance to it than merely being a catch up AI trade and they're so undervalued, tell me why. 🤷‍♂️
