.@zebulgar on investors getting comfortable backing Varda as both a biotech + space business—two historically difficult sectors. "My counter to that is two of the most recent trillion-dollar companies have been SpaceX and Eli Lilly." @itsmoislam

Our developer suite just got a new addition: Mercury CLI.

I’ve started a new company with @philhchen! Phil built frontier LLMs across research & engineering at OpenAI, DeepMind, and Scale. I was shipping AI experiments at Ramp Labs. We've been heads down building personalized AI coworkers for every business. We’re growing our team of researchers, designers, and IMO gold medalists. Reach out if you're interested!

The AI power curve by @tryramp is the best I’ve seen for benchmarking individuals. > every company should have every employee mapped to something similar. > enablement programs for leveling up, updated every 3 months. > L3 evolves into system builders. building systems that build systems, system of agents managing agents. 10x will becomes 100x. > your best L3s will have AI bills that rival (or exceed) their comp. what they build benefits many, so the ROI isn’t 1:1. > beware of L3s masqueraders (high cost, low value agents). > most companies obsess over moving people from L0 to L1 when hiring/finding L2 and L3 are the real leverage unlock. > other abilities will trickle down to the non-tech normies. > the AI stack at L2/L3 will compress. Right now it requires too much hand-stitching. That won’t last. > L0 changes to group using AI without knowing it. benefiting from builders above or so embedded it’s invisible.
