@hayleymagill Hi, you don’t know me but I left GP 6 years ago. Went into a different world. Lots of guilt initially but now very happy. Work half the hours for 3 times the pay. Still miss some aspects of clinical medicine but you are right. Time is precious and you are very employable.

@drhjefferson @MattKnipe @Jack__Needham Yes, the ready reckoner (nhsemployers.org/readyreckoner) will be overstating AA breaches based on Thursday's announcement I'm surprised they haven't put an update on there to say changes are coming

Long night/early morning of coding, updated our calcs to model the CPI alignment🤓 As expected, short term fix for 22/23 & better for GPs, but long term AA still needs addressing Caveat: too soon for💯accuracy - we don't have the detail (+ calcs needs testing by @Jack__Needham)

@PsychSleepy The people I see are very different to those seen by neurologists. I don't see the value and would only dilute training for both psychiatry and neurology. I'm all for additional focus on neuroscience in psychiatry training though
