I’m probably the only person that can have nothing going wrong, just some very slight stagnation, and immediately my brain convinces me it’s an existential threat and I have to risk everything to feel alive again.

@oliverbrocato To be fair, no one wants this. It’s just so expensive to live and retirement is a joke now.

had two team members quit both within two weeks - they got better offers from bigger companies i took it v personaly - i really felt like a failure. and then i heard from a friend who works at multi billion dollar fin tech company that he's the longest tenured employee in the NY office. 1.5 years. place just announced their series H yet they have people that they fire or quite within first weeks. ALL THE TIME. I think this is part of startup game... and hiring is hard 🤷‍♂️

Bro I’m the biggest anti “commission only” person on here. Get a real base pay + commission offer sorted and refer you not some VA who will flop (you get what you pay for). It can be an experienced person who’s sold millions as a AE, or an experienced corp SDR who’s looking to make cash on the side. Commission only is bum ass scammmy stuff 9/10.
Shivam Singh Rajput@AIShivamSingh

@Techsales4BTC I can offer 20–30% commission on every closed deal. Our average deal sizes range from $1K–$2K to $8K–$15K+ for larger projects. I’m looking for someone US-based who can consistently book at least 1–2 qualified appointments per day through cold calling. I'll be glad by your help

For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter. AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country. Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty. The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models. images.nvidia.com/pdf/Open-Weigh…

I am set for the next couple of months, queue of books (mostly fiction), great blockbusters on the way, 5 nearly consecutive weekends of giants games - all of this was rock bottom pricing to save my sanity no one tells you how "truman show" remote work makes you feel

We are currently living through a timeline where you can work a full 40-hour week, eat at home, have zero hobbies, and still somehow end up having no savings 🤦🏽‍♂️🫠

My profile is often looked down on by the risk adverse and the survivor biased but I have a really easy time starting conversations with people that had to struggle for what they have. I'd rather have the latter.

GTM strategy for tech companies on LinkedIn: 1. Your founder posts daily, not the company page. Pages reach 1.6% of followers. 2. Build every post around the problem you solve. Not your team, features, or raise. 3. Map the funnel before you post. Every impression needs a next step to a call. 4. Pull trending AI takes off Twitter. Semi-viral in your ICP is what converts. 5. Mix in case studies. Nobody buys until they trust you can deliver the outcome. 6. Pin one PDF carousel on your ICP's biggest problem to your featured section. 7. Your founder comments on 10-20 prospect posts a day before any outbound.
