Modric and Bernardo Silva have small frames but are aggressive in duels and pressing, smart in using free pockets, and quick to choose their passing options. I have seen players like that destroy physical monsters, and they couldn't get near them. Do you also think that Pedri will struggle in the Premier League? Of course, there will be limitations in aerial duels and 50-50s, but that's where the makeup of the team comes in to help them where they lack. The problem I have with fans is that they expect every single youngster coming into the club to have a stunning season; that's practically and realistically not always possible due to several factors. They are not experienced enough, may not be physically ready, may not be familiar with the food or culture, may need to adapt their style to suit the team and the league, and so on. I think Barco has enough aggression, intensity, technical ability, and the personality to succeed in England, but don't make the mistake of expecting him to hit the ground running from day one. A lot of people make that mistake. Give youngsters time to settle and adapt.

Plateau deserves more than distant words; it requires urgent action and a clear commitment to ending the insecurity that continues to claim innocent lives. In such moments, leadership must not only be visible but also tangible—standing with victims, listening to survivors, and acknowledging the depth of their grief. If we truly desire a better Nigeria, we must demand leadership that is present, responsive, and responsible at all times. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
