@Stephen_Neal Anything would be better than the likes of @virginmedia who keep creeping up their prices so elderly people end up paying a huge amount each month. There seems to be no #safeguarding by the likes of @0fcom for people who are not tech savvy.

Moving elderly people to Sky Stream for TV and Digital Voice landline is great in theory. Until there’s a broadband outage and they lose everything. We shouldn’t be doing this until we have more robust infrastructure…
