Now, he's working on a Miami Vice film set in 1980s Miami, produced by Michael Mann, and, like his previous films, he wants to get it right mechanically, thanks to his background in mechanical engineering and architecture, which allows Kosinski to combine technical precision with visual storytelling. In Heat, Val Kilmer just did it better. Pacino is the same Pacino. De Niro is the same De Niro. But Kilmer was truly at the top of his game. He could communicate so many emotions without saying a word.. One of the saddest scenes of all time.

Sean is the OG, Roger is my dad’s Bond, Pierce is my Bond… But Dalton will always be the “ahead of his time” Bond to me. In only 2 films, he brought true lethality back to the character. You don’t have Craig’s portrayal if not for Dalton’s run. Happy Birthday Tim! #JamesBond
