@LNER Thanks but not really interested in the money, I really just want an explanation. I commute with LNER nearly every other day and have done for nearly a decade, this has never happened before and your staff are usually super friendly and helpful, never so rude and obstructive 😕

@LNER Hi, I’m really angry about this. I’m booked first class on the 22:35 departure from KGX. It is delayed until 22:55, as per your website and your text to me. I, along with several other passengers, tried to board it at 22:43 and the staff are refusing any access. Ridiculous.

And now it’s departed, without me and several other passengers, a good 10+ mins after we tried to board it. Just ridiculous; I commute nearly every day with LNER and this has never happened to me before. What is going on?
