@mattymissons @rbrblis That’s just straight up a lie. Even he said that max would’ve taken the corner with that speed and that he didn’t exceed the speed he took the corner with in qualifying. Piastri did go faster into turn one than his quickest quali lap

Based on this angle, Verstappen did not deserve that penalty.

They said it on the broadcast post race and jolyon palmer spoke about it recently too. He braked, saw he was not going to make the apex, sent it round the outside, had nowhere to go
