Continuous profiling data is great, but it becomes even more valuable when easily combined with metrics, logs, alerting, the ability to be accessed programmatically etc. We hope that by folding into the Elastic stack we can provide all this + more. Exciting times ahead!

@d_olex @4Dgifts This feels like ancient history now but our implementation then (maybe now too?) included python wrappers so existing code would just work without any change. E.g., os.open() would proxy to open remote files
