Score x @ReadingFC Over the next year with @ReadingFC, we’ll build vision AI models that turn match footage into game changing insights for their coaches and players, and systems that make stadium operations smarter and more efficient for elite sport organisations.

From Vision to Impact: Introducing Dhia Dahmeni - Score’s Computer Vision Engineer We’re excited to welcome Dhia Dahmeni, our new Computer Vision Engineer at Score. From building AI vision systems as a student to saving Tesla millions with intelligent inspection systems, Dhia brings to Score a rare mix of raw talent, startup grit, and deep expertise in real-world computer vision. He studied Machine Learning and Software Engineering at Holberton School, the sister school of École 42. Among his early projects, he built Car Detector, an AI-powered app that identifies a car's brand, model, year, and colour from a single image. It was an early signal of the applied vision work that would define his career. While still a student, Dhia landed his first backend engineering role, then went on to start his own company, creating AI solutions for clients ranging from large corporations and insurance companies to startups. He later joined Revi AI as Founding Engineer, building deep-search and intelligence systems. Around the same time, Dhia worked on Dingboard, a next-generation AI-assisted image editor, where he tackled low-level graphics programming in Zig and WebAssembly, demonstrating his range from high-level vision models to performance-critical systems. Dhia then joined Tesla's Manufacturing Vision team at the Gigafactory in Berlin, where he designed a novel inspection system using Tesla's existing camera infrastructure, saving the company millions of euros. During our early discussions, it was clear that we shared the same vision for the future of AI. We immediately aligned around our new approach with vision agents supported by expert models, a modular framework that mirrors how intelligence scales in decentralised systems. A word from Dhia: “I was always interested in decentralization since I heard of Bitcoin, and i do believe it's the future, i think Score's focus on smaller domain expert models is the right way to tackle computer vision as a whole but especially when it comes to decentralized intelligence” Dhia's journey captures what Score stands for: building at the edge, solving real-world problems, and pushing the limits of computer vision. His work turns passive sensors into active intelligence, and with him on board, we're one step closer to making every camera intelligent.
