@WrongsToWrite The last part is probably the most important. Basically understanding that all the work involved with doing all the right things will still take multiple years before it comes to fruition Which is why most people fail in the first place

@FitFounder Was having heart palpitations recently due to being sick and dehydrated. Slowly started getting worse over time and after realizing I hadn't been exercising in weeks/months, I just did a hard leg day at the gym Between that and a nice meal, they're literally gone

If you're not exercising, getting at least 7,000 steps a day, sleeping 7-8 hours a night, managing your stress, or taking care of your nutrition, seed oils are not the problem.

@HooaFury Sort of similar, but I've found that even showering in the dark is very meditative. A lot of good ideas pop up too, more than if I'm showering with the lights on

@Jayyanginspires With the goal of continually improving and finding better opportunities too I know a few people who do those exact things but they never climb the ladder cause they're stuck in workhorse mode, instead of using that sort of work ethic to eventually advance
