AI removed the hardest part: getting started. Now the hardest part is finishing.

FASCINATING part of building these: i never once opened xcode for either of these. you can quite literally start, iterate and ship entire native apps via chat (claude code, in this case). wasn't possible 6 months ago (at least not without great weeping and gnashing of teeth).
Josh Pigford@Shpigford

ugh. fine. i'll drop TWO macOS apps. clearly.md - simple markdown file viewer/editor (with quick look!) chops.md - AI agent skills organizer and editor both open source. both very early. both very much welcome feature requests + PRs!

@Shpigford If you could put the data into the customers cloud buckets, then you’ve solved half the security problem I think.

@maxkruger yeah, in my research it's basically all enterprise-focused (in both pricing and UX). possibility to build something. would have to be VERY careful around security, obviously. i think i can probably knock out something that has fantastic UI/UX, though.

@Shpigford Cloud function export to S3? I think you could actually do this for lots of SaaS. For example where I work, for compliance we backup the entire of Jira every night

We built Claude Code for Lead Generation… We hit #1 on @ProductHunt & took @origamichat from slow growth to 2x MRR every week since I wrote up the exact guide we used to hit #1 and get thousands of users to sign up in a day. Complete blueprint to #1. I’ll dm it to you Just comment “Launch” RT so other founders get the blueprint

“I can build any app in a few minutes with AI” Sure you can. The problem is now every app looks like it was designed by the same designer (bad one) Different product. Same UI. Kinda miss when every app had its own personality.

is there any great tool that lets me easily keep track of my Claude Code instances so I can review, interact and approve proposals while I sit on the toilet from my iPhone? 📲 👀

@helloitsolly It’s the way forward. I’m sort of doing something similar… All my marketing sites are now in the app codebase so Claude et al can do marketing with all the context from the app

Am I about to waste 100s of hours? Senja's marketing website is built in Framer But I'm thinking of migrating to Astro + GitHub + Cloudflare Pages This would allow me to use Claude Code to spin up new pages and refinements based on insights from Google Ads, ahrefs, Senja and Posthog. Is this the foundation of modern marketing websites, or a big waste of time?

what's the fastest way to spin up an openclaw instance? (paid is fine) got lots of things i want to test but don't want to pollute my main instance and given openclaw's wide open filesystem access, just spinning up another gateway on my mac mini doesn't make sense.

Automations are here from @cursor_ai! cursor.com/blog/automatio… The use case that most people will immediately think of is automated bug fixing from their error monitoring tools. Or customer's reporting bugs and then have that trigger an automation. OpenAI's Codex has Automations and Claude's Cowork has Scheduled Tasks, but both of those run at set times. What's unique about Cursor's Automations is it can be triggered by external events.
