What do you call the pychological state in which you deliberately delay restarting Cursor to install updates?

@flowstated Congrats! Love it so far, just found myself missing the side panel now where I could play with values like in Figma for making precise visual decisions by playing around. I’m also dreaming of the ability to change code in Inspector and have Cursor implement those changes.

@herr_dahl Sounds like a good start. I strive in environments that value sharing what we’ve actually learned from experiments, releases VS celebrating output alone. Negative and positive insights. For the team to feel the impact their work has on business, users. Fostering curiosity.

How do long-term motivate your team or department? Create a culture of cheer and being proud instead of not even reacting to milestones.

In Figma, many teams use emoji in page titles to mark a page’s status (in progress, complete, etc). It’s an example of users creating a feature for themselves in the “wiggle room” provided by the application’s other features. What do you call this? Where else have you seen it?

Agree; notifications are a mistake! I feel they should always be opt-in for a limited amount of time. E.g: when I order food Uber can send me notifications until the delivery is here.
